For the next 27 years, Whitey, Shirley and Peter worked well together running their family organization,Jordan 11. Sadly in June with 2003 Whitey passed away at the young age of 74. He was obviously a licensed funeral director to get 51 years and spent 45 of those years taking care of a families of the Palos and adjoining communities. At this time Shirley his wife decided to retire.
The tradition of providing Love, Respect and Respect for the departed and their bereaved at Lorry Henkelum Funeral Home continues these days under the successful stewardship of Chris with the help of his wife Cindy.
